Backups Do Not Work
If you are trying to do the database backups and it is not working or you get an error when unzipping the backup file, then your host has PHP set not to allow the use of the passthru command.
There is no way around this and the only way to do database backups then is to use phpmyadmin to create and download a backup of your database.
