To have us do the install for you, please email the following to
install@mysupportsite.net and include the following:

1. Your order id number:  {$service_order_id}
2. Your FTP information
3. Your control panel log in information. If you do not have a control
panel then we will need a database name, database username and database
password for the install.

Once we receive the above information your install will be done within 48 hours.
