I need to move the system to a new server, how?

You will need to download/move all the scripts and files for the system to the new server.

You will also need to backup your database with phpmyadmin including all tables and data.

If your system is large phpmyadmin will not make a backup of the database before it times out, in this case you will need to have your host backup the database via Shell and give you a copy, you will also need to restore the same way.

When you upload the files to the new server, you will need to set the permissions on the files according to the manual in the admin.

You will then need to log into your cleint area at https://mysupportsite.net/clientarea.php  and reset your license key.
